Payment of fee is regarded as full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Confirmation of your booking will be issued on receipt of your completed application form with payment of the appropriate fee.
Places are limited and will be allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis, to club and non–club applicants.
Full refund applies to cancellations received in writing up to two weeks prior to the camp start date.
A 50% refund applies to later cancellations.
If a participant has any particular health conditions, allergies or medical/dietary needs, these must be notified in writing to SOCAKIDS at the time of the application.
Parents/Guardians must be available at all times, at the contact numbers provided on the Application, in the event of urgent circumstances or emergency.
It is an automatic condition of participation that you authorise the summer camp staff to take whatever emergency action they deem fit, particularly in the event that parents / guardians cannot be contacted.
In the unlikely event that a participant requires further medical attention, parents/guardians are liable for all expenses incurred.
As this is an outdoor event, subject to suitable weather conditions, refunds will not be made if inclement weather causes any delays or lost time.
Club or camp staff accept no responsibility for loss of personal property, money or valuables. It is recommended that participants should not bring such valuables to the Camp.
